Ronald Diel President and CEO

Ron Diel is the President and founder of The Diel Group. Mr. Diel has extensive experience in business strategy, financial systems, operations and compliance in securities, asset management, investment banking, banking and insurance. He has been responsible for developing and implementing organizational, technology and business strategies and policies at major financial firms based on his line and consulting experience. Prior to DGI, Mr. Diel was a vice president in A.T. Kearney’s Financial Institutions Group, where he headed the firm's North American securities practice and was a founding member of their e-FIG group. Previously, Mr. Diel was a vice president in the Technology Strategy and Equity Trading Systems Groups at Merrill Lynch. He was also the manager of technology as a vice president at Goldman Sachs Asset Management and served as a senior manager in Price Waterhouse’s Investment Company Special Practice Unit. At Shaw Data Services he directed the micro-computer group responsible for the design and marketing of PC-based analytical and portfolio management systems. Mr. Diel also practiced securities and banking law as an associate at Sullivan & Cromwell.


Deborah Fortuna Director

Deb Fortuna is a director with the Diel Group. She has extensive experience in project management, quality management, and strategic planning supporting a variety of financial service businesses including Trust/Custody, Cash Management, Demand Deposits, Commercial Lending, and Treasury Services. Prior to joining DGI, Ms. Fortuna was a Director with Deutsche Bank, where she was responsible for a number of large-scale systems development, selection and implementation efforts. Previously, as an independent consultant she provided system development, testing and implementation services to a wide range of financial services clients including Swiss Bank, Bankers Trust, Manufacturers Hanover Trust, NatWest and IBJ Schroeders.


Allen Brewer Director

Al Brewer is a director with the Diel Group. He has over thirty years of experience in financial technology and business management, during which he has been responsible for creating, directing and restructuring major groups and initiatives in both the banking and insurance industries. As a CIO, Al has been responsible for all aspects of technology as well as for business strategy development, product design, and marketing. Prior to DGI, Mr. Brewer was the Chief Information Officer of AIG e-business Risk Solutions , where he was responsible for creating a suite of insurance products addressing the risks corporate clients faced in conducting business through electronic marketplaces, including the support of Avantrust a joint venture between AIG and D&B. Previously, he directed the US operations of a startup developing smart card-based financial services for the Former Soviet Union and served as a senior technology manager for ATM systems as a Vice President at Chemical Bank and a Managing Director at Citicorp.
